The bathrooms may need some caulking, but the granite and tile floors are very nice. You have to use your room key to get on the elevators that is very nice security. We got room #202 it had a great location on the corner near the steps with a view of the river/bridge. In-room dining is only available on Friday-Sunday FYI! The hotel staff has excellent customer service and the rooms are very clean. We booked directly on the Harrah’s website. We decided to go to the casino and actually stay in the hotel! Great idea!
